If you have an individual you would like to enter and we have not already invited them (individual invites will not be issued until April), please contact us for verification and acceptance. Just adding them to athletic.net DOES NOT mean they will be in the meet.

MEET STANDARDS: Please go to our website to see qualifying standard for individuals and teams. The invitational standards are for individuals participating without their team. Standards are to be met this season (and that does include indoor), not previous seasons.
ENTRIES: All entries MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE using a free school account at Athletic.net
Each team is allowed two (2)) entries per event. Up to three (3) entries are allowed provided ALL THREE meet the Team Qualifying Standard for that event.
This year's best performances will already be there for your athlete if you use athletic.net all of the time. Otherwise, you must enter a mark. YOU MUST USE THIS YEAR'S BEST MARK. Also, VERY IMPORTANT, please indicate if times are FAT or hand-time if you have to enter marks - to do this, place an a after each time for FAT, otherwise, it is assumed by athletic.net that it is a hand-time and it will convert it.
Note: If you are not entered as team (which must be confirmed by the meet manager) you CAN NOT enter relays.
ENTRY DEADLINE: All entries must submitted online by 7 pm, Monday, April 27th.
Scratches and mark changes can be done until 2 pm, Friday, May 1st. IMPORTANT-THESE MUST BE DONE BY E-MAIL, not athletic.net! Please e-mail these changes to meet manager Julie Hilsenteger at: julie_hilsenteger@csd28j.org
After 2 pm on Friday, changes are to be made at the scratch meeting. All running changes NEED to be made. We seed on the fly to keep the heats correctly balanced and fairly seeded. Field events can just scratch at the event. UNDERSTAND, if an athlete does not show up for an event, they will not be called, it will be assumed they have scratched.
